delamination on cedar strip epoxy

Hi looking for ways to repair outer epoxy laminate too cedar strip hull delaminated in small area around inside of port hull ?should i cut back laminate and exespose cedar strip ,if wet dry and relaminate and vacumn bag down or one method shown on you tube drill many 6mm holes just touching surface of cedar strip and then inject epoxy resin into each hole and vacumn exsiting outer laminate down.All ideas welcome. cut out the bad glass and re-glass the area. If you have access to vacuum bag, go for it, other wise just just glass it normally.

That's what we're doing after a travellift caused a crack in our port hull. Grind away glass inside and out (much more inside), reglass, fair, and paint.
