Cruising Cat on a budget

Hello friends,
I am going to buy a Cat this year to live aboard and cruise extensively. The plan is to follow a World ARC type itinirary.
I have looked at many cats and considering a budget of $350,000 have had to rule out a new purchase.
I like the look of the old Privilege 45 but can't find any info or opinions on it. Can anyone give me opinions on this boat? Also on the Privilege 48 and 42 which were produced before.
I also like Leopard 470, more info is available on this but any opinions are also appreciated.
St Francis 48 is my third option.

Privilege and St Francis both have good reputations.

Privilege 42 was rated very highly when it first appeared.

I would consider SOME cold molded boats, and put some of that money left over to work.
