Agreed to some extent. Those surface conditions can appear on a metal boat as a result of welding in supporting structure, or on a 'plastic' boat from resin shrinkage around core lines....core print-thru.

I know where you can get a good deal on this sail boat designed to work in nasty conditions and not simply show off at a marina.
