Re: Cross Trimarans

Anybody who's interested can click on my avatar and find a gallery with half a dozen pictures of my Cross 12 meter.
I'll be putting her on the market in a month or two after I get the time to pretty her up.

Re: Cross Trimarans

It was a Cross 36R, I only remember reading Norm's list he sent out with the study plans.

Most of a single cylinders vibration comes from just having the single power pulse. It can be quite a kick.

Lots of weight in the needed tank, shaft and exhaust system too. My Yamaha 9.9 high thrust can push the Vagabond at over 7 knots and maintain headway in a stiff wind and it is a heavier boat than yours.

Re: Cross Trimarans

Mike, I'm sorry to hear that you will be selling Mandolin. If my 38 was ready, I might consider selling her and buying yours. Doug Jayne spoke highly of the boat and I saw her briefly while anchored there but you were not around. I know someone who will be interested and who is an active buyer right now so i'll pass the word. -Mark Z

Re: Cross Trimarans

Did I ask this before? Does anyone know where
the Cross 38/40 Sunsation is? It was in Dana
Point for many years. Owned by the Thomasson
brothers.
