The broker declared the 2019
survey - I thought you have seen it already. They may be in negotiations with another prospective buyer, hence, all the issues you are facing. What you could do is contacting another local broker to represent you on this - such a broker will be able to tell you right away what's going on here - especially as you are away from the scene. The seller's broker may not like to share the commission and you may need to offer your broker a 5% commission if the deal is going through - this is the common practice at such cases.

Florida is still at least two months out and most important, the troubled economy keep smart sailors close to their cash, where lenders will hesitate to finance
boats without a solid collateral.
