The
commercial aspect of the vessel is zero value unless the
mooring is included. This means without that
mooring, unless you have a place to operate it, you would have to convert it back into a cruising vessel. Not exactly a good idea given the age.
I wonder if the
current commercial operators are dumping the vessel because they are no longer able to find commercial insurance on a vessel over 50 years old. Alternately, perhaps they were informed by CG they will not renew?
