Neither cheap nor a project.
Nice boat.

76' for $260,000 is cheap. It is a day sailor now. It might be a project to turn it into a cruiser. So I say it fits.
Thanks Cav for the Spronk tip. That was what i was looking for.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
That is nice! I wouldn't live on it full time, but it looks like a great traveling boat. I'd go a few weeks at a time on her. I'd consider living on her solo if I were in the tropics.
One thing I like about this design is you can close up the living holes and take a date on a very nice boat ride. You can slooowly break the news that you're also living on it!

I would have to think a piston would be about the easiest thing to fix on what must be an ultra long list on that boat!
that Simpson does look real nice. You'd find a decent market for it in
Australia, probably make a few bucks on the trip.

the potential buyer was comfortable with the wood work necessary but was not ready to deal with the engine. This tri was designed for and built by Jo Hudson. Jim Browns long time friend and cartoonist for all his books and construction manual. very artsy interior. made two trips to the South Pacific. Lot of life still there, could move aboard this weekend for under 10k?

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
Sorry for the crappy link, this one has a little more data, although still scarce. The salon and galley configuration has nice lines IMO.
