Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

I started this thread about 5 years ago and it now has over 2000 posts and 400,000 views. I never figured it would be so popular.
I have bought and sold a tri since then but still get to use it any time I want and there is a story there. I'm not on CF much since I got a smaller boat.
I mostly kayak here in the Puget Sound now. It is funny how life works out.

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects

A little rich for an Iroquois, perhaps, and I'm not a huge fan of the riser on top, but $30k for a cat in decent shape:

That's it? Very old plywood boat. Ok pretty much every boat built from 1970 -1995. Most are still living productive lives......"no room"..... as compared to what? A Newick Val? A Crowther Kraken? Buccaneer? ....can u elaborate?

Yes this is the boat I am inquiring about. I've never seen one or ever heard of it. Have you been on this one?

Always wonder where some of the old folks have gone.
Happy kayaking!

Corrosion? What corrosion? (Though in fairness looks to be weeping from the strap, not the beam)
