Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
1984 Gemini 3000 on FleaBay, $42,300.00, fits this thread, motoring only but rigging included so bit of a project.
+ a 2010 Leopard 40, for a mere $290,000.00

Early Farrier Super Eagle/Tramp:
Tramp Trimaran Sailboat (Super Eagle Model)
I haven't been to see the boat, but if anyone is looking for a quick, cheap-ish tri, this might be one. It's been on the local Craigslist for a while, so I imagine the owner is accepting offers. I would be interested if I had a bigger yard to store it in through the winters!

Now, I do not remember whether or not the outboard was included and the sails look better than I thought they were at the time - they may be reconditioned or replacements. No doubt, the current owner has dealt with a rather common centerboard trunk problem as well. In other words, yes there is likely room to negotiate. Just keep in mind these were built heavily and, as a result, have rather sedate performance.

An event I keep meaning to go to! I imagine these are uncommon enough that in our little neck of the woods it very well could be the same boat. (Boat is listed in Annapolis, forgot to mention that above). Thanks for your thoughts on it. I'm still kicking myself for missing Marc johnson's sea clipper 28 by three days and having to get a mono instead. I'll get a small multi one day!

Re: Cheap Multis and Projects
That looks like a great deal of it is in solid shape. I've been keeping an eye on Iroquois 30 pricing, and decently equipped ones seem to go for $21k-$22k. This cat even had sugar scoops!
If only it was east coast.
