Check into the Moorings program. It might be just what you are looking for. Keep in mind that you will own a 5 year old boat with a mortgage at the end of the program. The program is for 12 weeks of low-season owner sailing, but I imagine you could negotiate out a 24 week plan, particularly if it will be all low-season. You don't have to sail on your own boat, or from your own base.
