There is no good way to launch a kite from a
boat. Even launching a windsurfer is difficult, that's one of the reasons the
Exumas are good for kiting as there are good launch areas with flat beaches and little vegetation to get in the way. Check out Exuma Kiteboarding for pictures and recommended areas, they offer day trips to some of the best areas. With our
boat we are able to access all the sites, with the luxury of having a "floating condo" to accompany you. In addition we'll have access to daily
weather reports to find the best conditions. And if the
wind doesn't cooperate we have kayaks and snorkel
gear for use.
