Cape Horn 2013 on inflatable catamaran Ducky 19

We've safely returned back from this travel.
Big thanks to everybody who helped us to make this trip successful.

I am starting to publish some pictures and short videos from this travel.

Secondly. Are you crazy?! An inflatable. Cape Horn. Cold. Swell. Danger. OK!

Some statistics:

16 days,

Start and finish from Port Williams.

4 storms.

Maximum day sailing - about 50 miles.

Maximum wind speed - between 30 and 40 m/sek.

4 repairings. two times transom board, two times rudders.

Lost: 1 kayak's oar, one empty water canister 20 l. after kayak capsizing.

Food rests on finish: 200 gr. rice, 1/2 onion, 0.5 kg. salt.

Wrong We are from Ukraine and Russia .
My proposal for participation to one crazy German guy, was rejected

I told about south beaches in Patagonia, but he preferred northern beaches in Australia in that time
