Anyway, I believe that could be fixed if Moorings adjusted their plan to 6 or 7 years, but they're not going to do that until they have to - which might be sooner rather than later.

Hmmm, sounds like a profitable deal that exploits the other party ( Moorings vs. charter boat buyer ). I would not bank on that changing anytime soon. As long as there's profit to be.made, it's buyer beware. And that's OK as it's good for the market.

I plan to vote with my $ on a non charter cat.
