Yep; it's a nice boat with a good pedigree. I'd have looked at it when I was down there, but it's a 220V boat so it won't work for me.

I’m starting to look in the same price range, to answer some of the specifics and I’m not trying hijack the OP, but 50ft length or a little more, used, most boat for the money, cruising couple in good health, room for friends on occasion. I don’t need to race but I do like to sail. Comfort=space and length. High center, I don’t want to hear that constant slap.

I would look at Switch51's, Outremer 50 standard or a 55 if you like to sail if your looking for something over 50. Not sure if a Catana 52 would fall in that price range, but I have heard they are nice boats as well.

the choice i made for a liveaboard is the neel 45...fast, fun very simple and less, way less, than 500 000 second hand ( bought hull 1)

The neel51 is an interesting looking design, I really like the Engine room. The upstairs master is also appealing for living on the hook. Now just have to wait for them to age a while!
