Anyone sail a lagoon 37?

Starting the process of looking around and a lagoon 37 might be coming up in a short while and it looks like a dandy little boat. I like the owner layout just fine and the helm is in a good spot. Don’t like how chain sits on trampoline but that’s a pretty minor gripe and fixable.
Anyone sail on of these much?

I havent been on a 37 tpi, but live on it's big sister. The 42 tpi.
They are well built and good sailing boats. The only real worry spot is balsa cored hull. If its solid, all good. If it has water intrusion, walk away!!
The design is older, but still works very well.
Definately well worth looking at
