Advice on first cruiser

Which boat?
Looking for a safe stable boat that's fun to sail and has a good turn of speed.
We are looking at 28 to 34ft and 20k budget.
We liked a moody 30 that the owner took back off the market.
We would like a boat that we can cruise with 4 people for 2 weeks on ocasión and take the odd trip to france and cruise the French and English coast.
We are looking to keep the boat off the crou8.
We are now looking at a 86 Dehler 34, moody 31, westerly tem5, cobra 850 and a hunter..
We also need a boat that can be handled solo...
Any comments and advice please...
