About to buy a Voyage 440, need Info

I'm going to look at a Voyage 440 2001 Model next weak, any Infos about what to look at in detail, problems with the boat, hints, beside the normal stuff?

Do you consider it a good price its about 335000$, has new Engines 150h & SD 50ts, looks in very well condition has bean on the hard in the Winter time.
New Winches & Nav Instruments.
The rest is about Standard.
No AC, Watermaker, Solarpanels or Gen.

I have read about problems with the structure and thickness of the Laminate in the area of the escape Hatch, is that a point, what else to look at?
