AA CARGO SERVICE
I got a replacement for a faulty gearbox from Istanbul. I had only to pay the transport: AA AIR CARGO ISTANBUL TO PANAMA $ 1.250.-
As I need the gearbox urgently, I payed it, on Feb. 5th it left Istanbul, on Feb. 9th it arrived at Miami and for Feb 20th it is scheduled to leave Miami for PTY, Panama...... 11 DAYS AT MIAMI.... What kind of service is that? I had to send 6 emails to get this result, DISAPOINTING, I AM SOOO FED UP! What can I do to speed it up?eace
