wouldn't be hard, I could design a mechanical lockout to keep it open and not allow it to fold and fold of course any other time, although for simplicity I bet you will see a feathering prop instead.
I assume when it's flying the prop is out of the water anyway?

This is surely going to be like a few of the really fast cars, that is the common slob like me will never even see one there are so few, still cool for a few Billionaires to have as toys though

I'm waiting for a few rock stars to buy them, trash them and then sell the hulk on yachtworld.... I bet I could fix em back up :P
