4 adds, 4 different prices, 3 brooker, same boat - BALI 4.0 on YW

Scanning the YW market place, i really dont get the pricing policy of the brookers there.

I came along a BALI 4.0 from 2016 (two adds state its a 2017, but pictures showing same boat - and all of them showing a "fresh water pump" sticker on the breaker pannel, which is not OEM ;-) )). Very nice boat i think, and definitally one of the cats i am considering buying, next to the same sizzed Lagoons, FP, Nautitechs and Leopards...

Back to the 4 different adds - specs identical. However, a huge difference in asking price, which is 270K, 290K, 300K and 325K €.

Always not VAT and without commision...

Can somebody explain whats going on there?

I have always assumed the owner lists the boat with a broker at 325, other brokers not connected directly with the owner copy the add to their page. Some strip the add from the 1st broker some from further down the line. Then the owner drops the price, then drops again and again. The other brokers take a while to update.

Although a cunning broker may see the add for 325 and copy it but put a lower price on to give the impression they are #1 in the que, expecting the buyer will enquire with the lowest priced add and hope the seller will negotiate.
