Do you have any experiences in quality of construction, safety, maintenance of these brands and any particular year models to recommend ? I am looking at boats from 2012-2018 . The intent of the boat is personal use for 3-4 months in Caribbean and Eastern Med.
I would appreciate all feedback and recommendations and comparisons., so thank you in advance.

Very simple:
FP is the cheapest and also called the Ford of the
catamaran. Get it’s job done with a bit more sporty sail performance, lighter but build quality lacks a bit refinement. Foam cored. Most cat for the
money...
Lagoon: a bit more expensive then FP. the condomeran with the most volume for the
money, besides the 380 most sail not really well with 390 and 400 really bad...balsa cored...much more wooden paneling, looks better and is better
interior quality then FP but more to maintain plus prone to
water damage and
mold behind.
Leopard: the most expensive,
sails good and has the best build quality of the 3.
It’s a question of money...a 38 Leo costs roughly the same as a FP 44 Helia with same age and condition. All 3 can and do sail around the world, are Save and get the job done.
