2006 LAGOON 440 for sale in NZ/Australia in 2013

We plan on buying an ex-charter, 2006 Lagoon 440 by the end of the year, most probably in Martinique. We'll sail her from November 2011 to May 2012 in the West Indies (Panama in May-June) then Galapagos, French Polynesia, Tonga, Fidji, New Caledonia, New Zealand and Australia (by mid 2013). It will be a short, 18-month family cruise, as I can't afford to take a longer sabbatical.
Hopefully the AUS$ will stay high, helping us to sell her quickly.
It would be great if we could get in touch with prospective Lagoon 440 buyers from down under. Firstly because we would not hesitate to equip her better if we know, for instance, that there's a confirmed interest in a screecher, remote controller or larger dinghy with 15hp engine. Secondly because in the best of worlds we would not need a broker, saving $$$$$ to be shared with the buyer.
18 months is short enough for you to consider our trip as a long delivery of your future boat.
