1989 Z-craft Center cockpit sloop sailboat for sale in Virginia

Having trouble finding much info on these. Wonder if anyone has a review or opinion? This looks like a good foundation for a long term live aboard/ cruiser.

No opinions at all? I sort of get a general sentiment about boats built in south africa( very well/built strong) but usually I can find more on the builder, or at least another similar model (beside a tosca which was.. built.. by the same builder..???) anyway thanks for any help.
