X-Boat Day Sailor

Hello,
My wife and I are looking at buying our first sailboat. We don't have much sailing experience, so I don't know what we don't know.

We are looking at a used Johnson Boatworks 16' X-Boat Day Sailor. It seemed like a good size for a beginner boat and for running around on our local lakes. What concerns me a bit is that I've looked around, but I can't seem to find much information on this particular hull.

Apart from all of the usual things to look for when buying a used sailboat (squishy hull, holes in the sails, rust, mold, etc.), is there anything about this hull that I should be concerned about?
