Does anyone know what kind of limitations a boat like this has? Very little info online. I'm trying to decide where to go once I get it in the water come May. I have some vague idea of what I can do. What about the boat?

It is the outboard in lazarette kind.
i asked the same question when i bought my 30'. the answer that came back was "more then you are welling to handle" LOL.
they were right.
the outboard in a chop will be a limitation.

congratulations! great boats!

Remember happy is a tiller in your hand and the wind on the back of yer head!! Happy sailing.

I rather like the wind on the side or side front of my head! To each their own.

Again good luck with the B 27. My B 32 has proven to be a great little cruiser.

Go and have some wonderful experiences!
