Which boat / new to cruising

Hello
I have posted before, but we are still looking.
Budget up to 20k.
We are new to cruising and looking for our first boat.
We are looking at a stable safe fun to sail and good for a 2 week cruise with 4 people.
Also the boat needs to be easily handled solo.
We liked a moody 30 but the one we liked the owner decided to keep it.
We are off out this weekend looking at a Dehler 34, a moody 31, a hunter, a cobra 850 and a westerley tempest.
Our favourites are the Dehler 34 mk1. Tempest and the moody.
Any advice welcome.
We are looking to sail from Essex and would like to cross the channel and cruise france on ocasión, I'm a dinghy sailor so would like a fun fast-ish boat to sail.
