What sails to get

I have a 36' 1978 Union Polaris cutter rigged. I blew out my jib and the bottom seam of my main a few weeks ago coming back to San Diego from Mexico. I need a new jib and Im having difficulty finding out what size sail is supposed to be on here. Any resources you guys know of?

Sailrite has a page with the dimensions found in most sailmakers programs, you should probably check stuff on the boat with a tape measure.
