What’s this boat

Hi.
Anyone have an idea what this boat is?
Length approx 40ft
It’s on the hard at Port Edgar near Edinburgh UK

I think boa is (maby) Sweden built "Regina af vindö". Very high quality boats.

Pretty sure it's a Moody Eclipse 38 or 43, not sure which, but pretty sure it's one of those.

Yes I think you're right ...the 43. but it doesn't have that huge "spoiler arch" thing at the stern like all the other do.
It really caught my eye and looks like it could be a contender for my future boat.
