What has 3 cabins, 2 heads, shoal draft, and good light air performance?
I’m looking to come up with a shortlist of boats. Let’s focus on monohulls: in addition to 3 cabins, 2 heads, shoal draft, and good light air performance:
Suitable stern layout to permit davits and solar panels
Good initial form stability (upright sailing, not tender)
NO in-mast or in-boom furler (prefer full battened main and lazyjacks)
Sail controls and reefing lines led to cockpit
Separate shower stall in one of the heads
64’ max mast height (or less, ICW friendly)
LOA 40-47
Good service access for mechanical and electrical and plumbing
sturdy anchor/windless setup
Not prone to hunt/sail excessively at anchor
Fin keel or modified fin (no iron keels, but I think swing up centerboards are a plus in a shoal draft setup)
Bow thruster
Price limit $300’s would buy used only
I have other requirements, but much of it is equipment. The above items are essential that aren’t easy to add or change. Thanks in advance for the input.

This is funny. Except for the sailing part I'd suggest a nice condo on the intracoastal in West Palm Beach, lol...

I believe the Jenneau 419 will fit the bill. Most 44's are just a smidge one 65'..... if you like the antenna.

Probably just about any 40-42' post 2000 excharter or charter layout from the Hunter/catalina/jne/bene/sun

A good Luxe Motor. 49ft by 13.6 ft with a 3.5-foot draft. Keep your eye out for a Dutch sailing barge that has been modernized. I hope you don't mind leeboards.
Solstice under sail.

Jeanneau offers a number of boats up to 47 ft with an ICW compatible mast option. I believe I recently saw a used 2015 Sun Odyssea 479 with ICW mast for sale at Norton’s yacht sales in Deltaville VA.

Definitely a Sundeer. If the 64 is a bit too much then the 56 is there as well. I believe they do come in that price range.

If you are considering ocean crossings/passages, look for a Kaufman 47 or maybe a Stevens. A traditional shaft drive and skeg hung rudder would also be part of the equation.

Simple. A good trimaran. They will ghost along at least at wind speed in the slightest of breezes--

LOL! We've come full circle. That's what I already have, only it doesn't have three cabins (it has two). I want more interior volume and realize I'll need to give up lots of performance to take this step, but I'm testing the waters (so to speak) to find out of there is something in a monohull that might fit the bill. Probably a lot less expensive than an equivalent cat, and I might be willing to live with the heeling, bobbing and rolling.
I'm likely to end up with a cat. The problem is that cruising cats in my price range are either in rough condition or they are heavy condomarans designed for the charter trade, and sail poorly. (What I'd really like is something with good performance like an Outremer 45, or maybe a Catana, but they're in the 600's so roughly double what I'm budgeting. I also want a sheltered helm position.)
Everything is compromise, so my mind is open to all these things. Now that I've mentioned cats, please don't let this thread devolve into the cat vs. mono debate. I'm well aware of the arguments for all the pros and cons of each and my mind is firmly open.
If anyone wants to suggest additional monos for consideration, please do continue. (Several suggestions were boats with in-mast or in-boom roller furling - these would be ruled out).
I APPRECIATE everyone taking the time to make suggestions, so far.
Thanks everyone for your input.
