Im Pretty sure that is Mondango, Ed Dubois, built by Alloy Yachts in Auckland.

She sailed past me off Auckland last month! Beautiful boat.

Looking again, there is more than one boat in the vid. The first shot is not the same boat as the rest of the vid but the bigger boat is Mondango 165ft.

Sorry, I got different opinion and sure that bigger boat is Perini!

Perini Navi is an Italian shipyard. They built lots of very big sailyachts.
