Well insulated center cockpit boatss

I am looking for a center cockpit boat with a skeg rudder. Until now I have been focused on Amels. The one negative about Amels is their poor insulation for high latitude sailing.
Any suggestions for well built center cockpit Water boats">blue water boats that are well insulated with protected rudder? Anything up to just over 50 ft.would be of interest.

Browse craft at Dutch brokerages. Steel / alloy boats from there are often insulated, at the boatyards, by/for the owners. Also anything already made fit for the Arctic will have very decent insulation in the living area (warm area = the main, and the crew cabin/-s).
