Water Tank leaks

I have a Hunter 42 Passage. The water tank in the fwd state room is leaking due to corrosion in the al welds. Does any one havesuggestions for repair. I have opened up the tank and would like to just put a bladder in side the existing tank. Doe any one have a source to get one, Also looking for a source for a replacement tank

You use the word leaks (plural) and welds (plural). If it is leaking in multiple places then I have no easy fix ideas. If there is only one leak I would try to plug it with one of the newer leak fixing sprays or extra sticky chauking componds like Henry's.

JB waterweld. I have used it on radiators, black water tank, and it can be used on potable water too. you do not have to empty the tanks first either, it hardens under water. We keep at least 6 tubes on board while cruising.
