Viewing A Bristol 35.5c Tomorrow

I'm on the search for my first vessel...

I don't know exactly what i'm after... but a sailing live-aboard cruiser for under 50k usd. which i will be sailing around Thailand until I get my confidence/skills up is the rough goal..

I will be viewing a Bristol 35.5c tomorrow.. been reading some reviews, sounds like a very nice boat..

curious if anyone could share things to look for, or their opinions of this vessel?

it has solar panels, wind generator, new dingy, told it is all ready to go..
30-50k sound about right? I know i'm lacking much key information..

I've read: be careful of the 78' model w/unmodified centerboard..
and avoid the 20hp Yanmar under powered engine..
