Victoria boating community.

Hi everyone,
Just bought a boat don't know how to use it. New to the Victoria area and new to sailing. Don't really have the money for sailing lessons. However I am an electronics technician, which makes pretty handy with a multimeter. Can fix radio antennas too so long as I don't have to climb the mast. Not sure what kind of community you have here but would like to be a part of it. Anyone want to take me out on their boat when they go on a day cruise on the weekends?

Victoria is a great place but I haven't found a ton of camaraderie here.
