I have been looking at three older sailboats for sale, possible for for me?

Pioner 30
They are all a design from Van de Stadt, they look a little bit alike, and they are from the -80s. The keel is a iron sword, bolted on with stainless pins and nuts. They all have had some keel problems with grounding and leeks. This was maybe the beginning of the fin keel period. The rest of the boat is a healthy construction on all three of them. Any comments?
