Tall guy/Looking for options<36ft

OK... looking to narrow down the list to just a handfull. I am looking for collective wisdom from the group. This is the criteria I am trying to satisfy:
Wants:
6ft4in headroom
At least 6ft4in bunk or bunks
Less than 5ft draft
Capsize ratio less than 2.0
Less than 36ft
Low maintenance….not a lot of exterior teak
Protected rudder
Forward facing sit down nav station
No interior liner
Less than 50K
Thank you in advance for your wisdom!!

I'm 6'4" tall. I got a new to me Lippincott 30 last spring, which has most of what you are looking for, except for the nav station.

Not many of them around, but well within your budget. You typically see them from 15-24K. I can stand up in it, however, my head does touch the roof if I am not underneath the hatch.

Not many boats under 36 ft are going to have that much headroom.

You will have no problem in the vberth, however the salon bunks are better for those 6' and less.

Thanks for your input!..I know it's tough to satisfy all my "wants"...I've been looking for quite a while and finally decided to consult the collective CF fleet. I also like the Seawind32, Vancouver27 and Vanguard32... Please keep the suggestions coming!

formosa/ct 35/36. fine cruisers. compromise on maintenance, as they require some, are gorgeous heart throb boats that cruise well. easily repaired while under way

You should buy our boat. 7'2" headroom fwd facing nav station, 6'6" in the V berth. It used to have only a 4'6" draft and it would no doubt be less than $50k.

Sloop. The refer in this boat is right where the cabin drops down to 5'10" and I am 5'10.5"

Look for boats designed by Ted Hood or Mark Ellis, both of whom were 6-4 themselves. In your price range, I would look at boats like the Nonsuch 33, Niagara 35 and Bristol 35.5 (although the headroom in the head of the Bristol is only 6-2).

Try a Cape Dory 33. I am 6'5". The quarter berth is fine. Full keel, price range 30-50 k $

Thanks everyone for the input.
Also on the list:
Seawind2
Erickson 31C/Independance
Bayfield 29/32
I am really trying to stay below 33feet which makes this even tougher!

Re: Tall guy/Looking for options<36ft

There is a E 31/Independance right now on yachtworld for 17k and change that is enticing me. What do you all think of that particular boat and price?
