Surveyor SW Florida?

I really did search this forum and was surprised at not finding anything. Anyway, I Have my eye on a 40-ft sailboat in SW Florida. Any recommendations for a surveyor in that general area? Thanks in advance.

She came highly recommended and I really liked her talking to her on the phone, but she was super busy and I could not get her.

I used Wayne Canning. He's semi-retired and may or may not do it these days depending if fishing is good that day. LOL
