Surveyor Long Island area, sample contracts?

Cheap boat, so just initial time/cost basis.

Time is of the essence.

Could even be an experienced member willing to go have a look with me.

South side, not too far out past Jones Beach.

Also anybody have or can link to boilerplate contract, escrow deposit subject to full survey, sea trial?

I've been invited down for an initial walk-through 4th of July, will try to be there by 10am.

I know odds are slim, but if someone with a clue could come along that would be ideal.

Looking at maybe $1500-1800, great boat, very seaworthy, sounds like a meticulous owner and very few outstanding issues to deal with, rebuilt Atomic 4 "running like a Swiss watch", great sails, all recent rigging and paint, one soft deck area, but could be put off, ready to sail now.

And he'd be willing to store it until I found (and saved up for) a trailer!

So again leads on a good surveyor in that area? And contract examples. . .
