Surveyor in VA
Looking for a surveyor for pre-purchase survey in Va (Norfolk). Obviously, I'd like a real hardass who finds every little thing. Anybody with firsthand experience in that neck of the woods?

About seven years ago I had Richard Milner of Dynamic do one of my surveys. I think he is in Chesapeake.
