Survey and Sea Trial Suggestions

Hello all, we are about to purchase our dream boat. We live in California and the boat is in Annapolis. Survey and sea trial are set for this Friday and Saturday. We really stretched our budget to get this 2006 Hylas 49. She is a beauty very well outfitted.

Any tips for the survey and Sea trial? Our long term plan is to retire next year and start our cruising life from the east coast.

Awesome looking boat, good luck. I would be interested to know how much you pay for the boat vs the Yachtworld asking price. I am going to San Diego next week to look at boats, Santa Barbara the week after, then San Francisco the next week.
