I'm looking casually at stoves as well. I have a drop-in 2-burner hob now, and the only way to put in an oven/stove combo is to engage in a rather major renovation, so I'm still researching.

Here's a few links to stoves I'm interested in for my smaller application, but you might be interested in taking a look as well:

I have a couple more I'm still looking for the manufacturers - Lido (don't know if they have an oven 2-burner), SMEV, and Tudor. There are a couple others I've been pointed to, but I don't have their names handy.

Wow, I want to thank you all for giving me your suggestions....this is my first time on the site, and it is so helpful to learn from all of you instead of "reinventing the wheel!" Thanks again and happy sailing!

Whatever you get, make sure all the burners have thermocouples on them - they will shut the gas off if the burner flame gets blown out. Most cooktops for "home" use don't have them.
