John, how tight is that budget if you are think 5 years ahead, but agree with the last couple of posts. Buy something sensible to learn to sail coastal that could be easily re-sold. So tidy, clean, smart and up together. If your not sure, take a friend or put the photos on here, you will get a good selection of advice.
