subfloor replacement

Hey All

This is my first post. Looking for some info on a subfloor repair/replacement. I have a 85 Sovereign 23' Adventure. The plywood sole is rotted. Between the plywood and fiberglass there is some kind of lightweight concrete, some good and some that needs to be replaced. Any thoughts on a product to use or anyone had any experience with this situation? Thanks

Lightweight concrete?
Pictures are good. If it's for ballast you should add it back, otherwise pour foam of an appropriate density, then new plywood and glass.

Re: subfloor replacement

Could the "lightweight concrete" be the same vermiculite/resin mix used in early J/24s? If so, here's a guide to replacing it:
