Sticky Wheel
Hi folks, anybody have experience with a sticky wheel. Its something I've lived with the last couple years but feel I should do something about it now. Basically the wheel is tight, it doesn't turn freely. That can be convenient at times, but I know something isn't right. My boatyard wants to look at it before launch. Any help would be appreciated.
BTW boat is a Peterson 33.
