Spirit 28 Keel

Hi All. Just a quick question to anybody who has had or has a Spirit 28. During a recent in water hull clean I noticed a "smile" around the base of the keel between the keel and the hull with a orange color that I suspect may be rust. Anybody familiar with this and suggestions. I had the vessel out in Dec last year when I purchased her, replaced keel bolts and had the hull painted and anti-fouled.

Many thanks for the welcome and guidence. Most probably definitely the dreaded smile. Will have the keel bolt tension checked and wait for Jan to haul out and repair.
