Sovereign 24 (CFP) Bilge

I recently looked at a 1990 Sovereign 24 (very little information on them) in excellent condition, but was unable to find any access ports to the bilge (usually located on the cabin floor). If anyone has looked at or has one of these boats, do they know if there is a bilge or is the sole mounted directly on the fiberglass hull? I don't see this as being the case as it is a flat surface.

Any comments as to their build quality or sailing ability would be appreciated as well! She looked like a very well designed and organised boat.
