Smell of oil on rubber

I can't find a leak anywhere. After being closed my boat smells strongly of...not sure what...it's chemically....engine. not quite a desiel smell but...yeah. After juat a short time on boat clothes are permeated with it. Can't figure it out. Wiped it all down with spray bottle and vinegar. Vacuumed and wiped bilge. I'm at a loss. Ozone machine took edge off but still there. Help.

Any diesel or oil floating in the bilge? Has the engine been consuming oil?

If its permeating the clothes, my first guess would be diesel leak.

The bilge water doesn't show oil on it. I don't see any drips anywhere under engine or.generaror either. No idea where this smell comes from. It's like penetrative oil on rubber hose type smell. Just odd. There some water in bilge. It comes from the pump.for acs. Threads drip a bit...but no oil on top. Bilge just smells like...brackish water...if I put my.nose down there. I can't seem.to locate the exact location of the smell.
