Seafarer 31 seaworthy?
Would one be a sound candidate for restoring / upfitting for blue water passage making?

Bill Tripp, Jr. design, nice and heavy so good bones?

considering traveling a full day away looking at a yawl version, early 70's vintage, don't know yet if an owner built out from kit or not
