You may want to consider older Morgan OI's also. They are sturdy, roomy blue water boats and can be picked up under 30k for a 41'. I bought one almost a year ago and had to do some minor engine work and a complete rewire (9k for both). I'm pulling her out and doing a deck and hull job next month (3k or so) and will finally be ready to do some sailing. If you're like me and prefer sailing boats more than working on boats, you may want to find something that is in better condition than what I bought.
