Hello downwinder,
I can speak for
Panama only. We are in Shelter Bay Marina at the
Panama Canal since the beginning of the Pandemic.
Panama has put relative restrictive measures in place. Here is what I know of relevant information for Cruisers:
* Boats are permitted into Shelter Bay but need to be quarantined at
anchor for 14 days.
* Cruising boats have been going through the
Panama canal, there seems to be no big problem. JuanJo (Shelter Bay Marina Manager) has been very helpful with the paperwork
* traveling within the country by
boat is not possible
* day
sails are not possible
* supplies can be obtained without problems but personal
shopping is restricted (depends on the region)
*
shipping from the US via the US is no problem
* masks and social distancing is mandatory
Hope that helps. If you have more specific questions, let me know.
